All items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind unless noted in listing. Announcements made day of sale will take precedence over written material. By Bidding, the bidder agrees to have read and accept all terms and conditions expressed and implied, and you are entering a legal and binding contract. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are in "used condition" unless otherwise noted, All items are available for inquires prior to bidding. There is a buyers premium of 10% to be added to the successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, this is non-refundable. We accept payment through Check, ACH wire transfer, and credit card. Credit card payments are limited to $3000.00 per transaction and are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. All personal checks must be pre-approved and must clear our bank before you pick up your item. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.
