Auction Terms, Pickup, Shipping Info - Please Read

Please Read These Terms. By bidding in this auction you agree to the following terms: Pickup: Pickup for this on-site auction will be at the home in Lima, Ohio on Sunday June 7 from 9 am to 6 pm. The pickup address will be provided to winning bidders following the auction. We are leaving at 6 pm so please do not arrive at 6 pm. Arrive with enough time to pack and move your items. Packing materials, moving equipment and labor will not be available on pickup day. So bring what you need to move your purchases including helpers to move heavy objects. We advising buyers with last names starting with A-M to come between 9 am and 1:30 pm and those with last names starting with N-Z to come between 1:30-6 PM to minimize crowds. Billing: we will bill all buyer cards following the auction. Card denial will result in forfeiture of purchase. We will not have cash on site at the pickup. This is an on-site auction so we can't store or transport items that aren't paid for. Cards will first be billed for your order, and then billed a second time later if you wish to have items shipped. If we attempt to bill your card for shipping but it doesn't go through, we will take your items to the ups store to be shipped. shipping: To find out if we will ship, read the item description. We'll ship many small items, others will be taken to the UPS store for shipping. We do combine shipping. For those purchasing more than one lot, we'll first bill your card for your items, then will pack things up to see where we stand, then we'll bill your card for shipping. We are charging an additional handling fee per lot to move and ship items - on top of any shipping and handling fees. This covers the packing and moving of items from the estate to our facility. If we state that we'll be taking items to UPS, they will contact you about shipping. Again, anything to be shipped or taken to the UPS store will have a handling fee stated in the description that we'll charge after the auction. None of this shipping info applies for PICKUPS!
