Terms Of Sale
• To bid you must have a bidder number. When you register, and provide your information along with a valid credit card, you will be issued a bidder number.
• By registering you are agreeing to pay in full prior to any removal, no exceptions.
• Types of payments accepted include credit card under $2500 with proper ID, cash or local check with proper ID, bank to bank wire transfer. Non-local or out of state checks require a bank letter of guarantee. If you intend on using a non-local check notify us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse any check or credit card for any reason. Payments must be made within 48 hours of the close of the sale.
• Everything sold is selling “as is, where is” with no warranties expressed, written, or implied. Buyer is responsible for making their own value determination prior to bidding. Take advantage of the preview period to become familiar with the items condition.
• We will be charging a buyer’s premium of 15% on all purchases. A 3% fee will be charged for all credit cards. To avoid any credit card fees we accept cash or wire transfer.
• According to the State of Kentucky, sales tax must be collected unless you have a valid resale certificate and intend on using your purchase in accordance to those conditions with that certificate. We require a copy of your resale certificate and you will be required to fill out the state exemption form.
• The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person or persons whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels is not in the best interest of the seller. In the event that the auctioneer deems there to be collusion among bidders, the auctioneer may cancel the bids of those involved or cancel the auction.
• Do your research prior to bidding, know what you are bidding on before you bid. If you are the high bidder you will be expected to pay in full. If you don’t intend to follow through with payment, please don’t bid.
• There are no absentee bids with this sale, only online bids will be accepted. Should you need help you can contact us. Remember its best to do your bidding from a desktop or laptop computer that has stable internet access. Your cell phone is not a recommended option as connectivity issues may cause you to lose a bid.
• Some of our staff along with the auctioneer may be bidding on items that they intend to own. They will be held to all the same terms and conditions as everyone else, no exceptions
• The seller will have a skid steer and forklift to assist buyers however loading and unloading items you purchase are your responsibility.
• Preview and Pickup dates are listed and you will be expected to adhere to them. All smalls must be removed the next day following the auctions close as we are not responsible for securing your items. Once you bid and win any items you are responsible for them.
