Accepted forms of payment: Credit Cards, Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer ($20.00 Transfer Fee)
Bidders that pay with a credit card will have an 18% Buyer's Premium. Bidders that wish to pay with cash, certified check, money order, or wire transfer will have a 15% Buyer's Premium. SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED AS APPLICABLE. Cash payments will be made at: Keepsake Corner, 110 N. Raiford St, Selma, NC 27576. Wire transfers are accepted same as cash buyer’s premium PLUS a $20 transfer fee.
TO PREVENT YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM BEING CHARGED, buyers wishing to pay by cash, certified check, money order or wire transfer must notify Johnson Properties at (919) 639-2231 BEFORE Thursday, October 17, 2019 by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Please do not assume that if you have paid cash at other online auctions with us that we will know to not charge your credit card, please call and let us know. All credit cards will be charged via Proxibid/APN on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time unless the above mentioned arrangements have been made. Any changes to the credit card number on file for purchases with Proxibid must be done through Proxibid Customer Support at info@proxibid.com or call, toll free, at 1-877-505-7770.
Invoices: All bidders will be emailed a PRELIMINARY invoice on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 before 5PM. This invoice will reflect the 18% buyer’s premium and sales tax. It will also show the amount if you were to pay cash. Sales tax will be corrected on FINAL invoices.
Credit Card Payments: FINAL Invoices (paid in full receipt) will be emailed on Thursday, October 17, 2019 after your credit cards are charged. It will reflect the 18% BP and 6.75% sales tax for NC residents.
Cash/Check/Other Payment: Paid in full receipts will be issued upon payment and will reflect a 15% BP and 6.75% sales tax. If you do not show up to pay cash on the designated pick-up times, your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made. If you live in NC and have a sales tax exempt number, please contact Johnson Properties at (919) 639-2231 BEFORE Wednesday, October 16. We will need to send you a form to complete in order to receive tax exempt status.
If payment is declined Johnson Properties Realtors & Auctioneers, Inc. will file a non-paying bidder complaint with Proxibid and resell the items at the original buyer's expense. Defaulted bidders will be black-flagged in our database as a Non-Paying Bidder. Johnson Properties reserves the right to sell to the next highest qualified Bidder and/or Buyer in the event the successful high Bidder and/or Buyer does not comply with the terms of the sale. By bidding on the items in the auction, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth. All purchases must be picked-up/loaded by the bidder or their designated agent during published check-out dates and times. No items will be released from the auction site without a valid paid invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The auction will be ONLINE ONLY VIA PROXIBID. On the final day of bidding Wednesday, October 16, 2019, there will be bidding stations available at the Johnson Properties headquarters at 48 Progressive Parkway, Angier, NC 27501 and there will be people available to assist. There will be NO items at this event.
Removal: Johnson Properties is not handling shipping arrangements. Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Lots will be available for pick up only upon the presentation of the paid bill. This is an ONLINE AUCTION; PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times OR PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE TO HAVE THEM PACKAGED AND SHIPPED; NO refunds or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. All winning bid items not picked up before 1PM on Saturday, October 19, 2019 are considered forfeited and abandoned. No refunds or adjustments will be given. Johnson Properties accepts no liability regarding shipping and is not liable in any event for non-delivery. Buyers are responsible for their own packing material and labor. Johnson Properties Auction staff will NOT be available to assist with load out, but will be monitoring load out. Please remember that no items will be released without possession of a PAID IN FULL RECEIPT.
