All items will be charged a 13% buyer's premium for internet bidding. Local buyers picking up in person will receive a 3% discount if paying by cash or check. Out of State Buyers must either pick up items or pay shipping company to have items shipped - Silver Lace Auction Company has no control over shipping charges nor is responsible for items broken during shipping. Out of States buyers must pay by credit card, debit card or through paypal. All out of state buyers will be sent an invoice through the square to pay with credit or debit card. If payment is made using paypal then the invoice will be marked as paid. Items will be carried to shipping company the following week or two after auction closes. They will contact buyers for payment. Do not activate the shipping button on auctions - use local shipping companies. Bidders who bid from off site and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Silver Lace Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Silver Lace Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
