NIB: New in box, possibly factory fired. 98%: Almost pristine, no box, cannot tell if fired by owner, 95%: Has been fired, finish & wood are almost pristine. 90%: Fired, may have a few minor hunting or safe dings. Bluing is very good. 85%: Fired, average amount of dings, bluing shows some thinning. 80%: Fired, looks good but has many dings and significant bluing loss. 75%: Fired, very little bluing remaining, wood is in tough shape. 70%: Fired, no bluing left, wood could be gouged, still functional. 65%: Parts gun or wall hanger.
Payment
If you are planning on paying by certified funds, please let us know prior to auction day. All Credit Cards will be processed on the day of auction for the purchase price, plus the buyer?s premium. Once the items are shipped, your card will be charged again for the actual shipping cost, plus a minimal amount for boxes and packing material. Terms Of Sale
US Residents ONLY. We are not licensed to and will not export firearms! All firearms, with the exception of black powders and BB guns, need to be shipped to a person with an FFL or C&R on applicable guns. C&R holders, know the guns that qualify to your applicable license.
All items sold on strict cash terms and on an AS-IS and Where-IS Basis with no returns. We are not experts on every type of firearm and the final inspection is ultimately the purchaser's responsibility. If the purchaser or a third party on behalf of the purchaser would like to inspect the items, we are more than happy to accommodate them. We have multiple pictures of all items, so please inspect them closely and ask questions ahead of time.
All purchasers MUST send us an FFL (or C&R on applicable guns) to have there guns shipped to them, regardless of your states rules and regulations. The only exceptions to this rule are Black Powders & BB Guns. We are a federally licensed Firearm Dealer and ALL FEDERAL REGULATIONS APPLY.
All firearms will be shipped within 10 business days after receiving FFL & Payment. Please ask first with any and all questions, it is easier to deal with it ahead of time vs. later.
