REMEMBER TO CALL US THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION TO MAKE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS! We do not charge the card on file with Proxibid.
- Payment is expected within 3 days after the auction ends. We'll be closed for deer season from Thanksgiving until Dec. 7th, so if you don't pay us within 3 days after the auction then your items won't get shipped until December 8th!
10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales.
Accepted forms of payment are:
Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Call us with credit card info. We do not charge your card on file with Proxibid.
Wire Transfer - 3% Discount. We charge a $10 fee for wire transfers (per transaction, not per item).
Cash - 5% discount. Available to local buyers only.
ALL OHIO SALES are subject to 6.75% sales tax.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. See each lot description for shipping options and costs. Call us after the auction to make payment and shipping arrangements. We usually ship the next day after we receive payment. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before bidding. Listed shipping prices apply to the lower 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii will be more. No international shipping. We charge a $20 CFLC fee to ship guns to California.
LOCAL BUYERS: All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS check. Pickup date is Monday, November 23 from 9 AM until 2 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment. Pay for items at pickup. 10% Buyer's Premium on all sales, but we offer a 5% discount for payment in CASH. We also accept credit cards and good local checks (neither are eligible for the cash discount). 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).
ADDITIONAL TERMS: All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Look at the pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding. We will be happy to provide additional pictures and/or information upon request. We can be reached by phone at (330) 334-3731.

Local Buyers: Pay for items when you come to pick them up. Pickup is available Monday, November 23 from 9 AM until 2 PM. Additional pickup times are available by appointment. We accept Cash, GOOD local checks (with ID), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 10% will Buyer's Premium will be charged on all purchases. 6.75% sales tax will be charged to Ohio Residents, BUT we offer a 5% cash discount (CASH ONLY) for local buyers to offset the sales tax cost. All FFL rules apply to firearm sales. Buyer will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup.
Out of State Buyers: Please contact us the day after the auction (Monday, 11/23) to make arrangements for shipping and payment. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with Proxibid after the auction. We accept credit card by phone or wire transfer ($10 fee - 3% discount). All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your home state, and you will need to send us a copy of your dealer's license before we can ship your gun. Shipping cost if $25 for handguns and $40 for long guns, unless otherwise specified (insurance not included). We ship ALL firearms through USPS (no exceptions). All ammo ships via UPS ground.

- All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding.
- Accepted payments are Credit Cards, Wire Transfer ($10 fee), Cash (local buyers), or GOOD check (local buyers). 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. Payment in full is expected within 3 days after the auction ends. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with Proxibid after the auction. We will email you an invoice after the auction with more information.
- Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances.
- Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
- ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping.
