Item Details

There is an on-site pickup for this auction. If you are not local, The UPS Store in Newark can handle any shipping needs, please call them to inquire about shipping.  There will be a scheduled pickup, Thursday Sept. 19 from 11-6.  This is mainly for small goods and instruments, they can not handle pianos or store fixtures for instance.  The items will need to be paid for prior to The UPS Store picking them up.  Please make arrangements with UPS Store before bidding, so that they are aware they may need to pick up some items.  Also please send an email to chuck@kaufmanrealty.com indicating your desire to use The UPS Store, so that we may have these items ready for them to pickup.  The UPS Store will contact you for payment, and will charge to pick the item(s) up.  We do not control these fees or charges.  We simply will not have enough time to ship these items in house, due to the short timeframe we are dealing with on this project.   If you have any questions about this auction, please reach out to Charles directly at (740) 403-7612 or chuck@kaufmanrealty.com

Payment

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged for the following: Your Purchases, Buyer's Premiums, Shipping and Handling Fees, Lot Fees and any applicable taxes. We are unable to process any credit cards for invoice totals greater than $2,000.00. If your invoice is in excess of $2,000.00 you will receive wire instructions or you can send a cashier’s check for payment. We are working on setting up shipping through a third party shipper, and will update the shipping info once it's received. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Debit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. Nothing will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Invoices will be posted within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. Please check our website for updates on our auctions: www.kaufmanrealty.com. All sales are final. Items are sold AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
