The winning bidder is in charge of pickup or arrangement of shipping on pickup day. There will be a 3% buyer premium added to the final bid price. There will be 5.5% sales tax on vehicles. PAYMENT: All merchandise "MUST" be paid for BY NOON (central time) ON JUNE 5, 2017. Any invoice which is not paid by the listed deadline will be in default. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT AN ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT. CREDIT CARDS WILL ONLY BE USED AS A VERIFICATION TOOL FOR PROXIBID!! Accepted payment types: Cash, Cashier’s Check/Money order, personal check with a letter of guarantee from bank and proper identification, or wire transfer. We Reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks are approved by your bank. O’Connor Auction Group is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against O’Connor Auction Group or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. O’Connor Auction Group will not be responsible for any missed bids from the source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledge should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
