This Auction is being Conducted by Leonard Trading LLC SCAF 4221. By registering and or bidding in this auction you agree to the following: Bidders are located with billing and shipping address in the US. We do NOT ship outside of the US. All items are sold as-is. By accepting terms and conditions, the bidder agrees unequivocally to not file a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, the auction firm will pursue any and all legal remedies to litigate, contest and defend such breach. By accepting terms and conditions the bidder is aware that if a chargeback is filed, reimbursement in addition to all applicable labor charges, legal fees and loss of business income will be paid by the bidder. The Auction Firm holds no liability to the opinions of the grades listed on the coin or comments. The auction firm has done it's best to identify and classify coins and may offer those opinions in the title and the description. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to the final hammer. The Auction firm shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The Auction firm shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The winning bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Auction firm for the collection of funds or disputes related to the lot in question. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greenville County, South Carolina. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements. PICKUP LOCATION: Leonard Trading LLC, 319 Garlington Rd. Suite D7. Greenville, SC 29615 A Buyers Premium of 16% is charged on all orders. SHIPPING: The bidder will be charged a $2.50 handling fee per item + actual shipping charges. Jewelry and coins are capped at a $10 Handling Fee. For example if you won 5 jewelry lots and 8 coin lots, you would pay actual shipping charges (we would combine in 1 box) + a $10.00 total Handling fee. Shipping will typically be done 7-10 business days after the conclusion of the auction. If you are out of state, your item will be shipped automatically unless you email and advise otherwise. If you are an in-state winning bidder and would like your item shipped, please reply to your winning item email to advise immediately upon completion of the auction. PAYMENT: Invoices over $1,000 will require wire payment. Upon conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice along with wire instructions. You will receive a confirmation email from Leonard Trading within 24 hours of the wire being received. If you need help sending a wire, please call your bank. All required information will be included in the wire instructions. For most non-wire payments, Invoices will be charged automatically 24 hours after the auction is over. If you are local and coming in person to pickup your items, you may pay cash or manually pay the invoice online. We do not accept card onsite. Invoices must be paid in order to pick up your items. If you fail to make payment by wire, Leonard Trading may at their discretion charge your card on file. A winning bid is a contractual agreement to pay per SC state law. There are no exceptions. The bidder agrees to relinquish any claims of ownership after 7 days from the conclusion of the auction unless updated consideration is agreed upon by the Auction firm within the 7 day window. If an item has not been picked up, or claimed for shipping (instate bidders) by the winning bidder within 7 days of the the conclusion of the auction, the auction firm may choose to pursue any and all legal collection efforts. In lieu or additionally, the Auction firm may chose to take ownership back from the bidder of the items.
