We will accept Cash and Local checks and we will also accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover, from the winning bidder. ATTENTION: ALL FIREARMS WILL BE SOLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL FIREARMS LAWS. PROPER ID REQUIRED (DRIVER’S LICENSE, FFL,) WE SHIP ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. The credit card used during registration will be charged within 48 hrs. following the auction. A 3% PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER ON THE TOTAL SALES FOR ANY CREDIT CARD THAT IS DECLINED. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, and any taxes. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are the successful bidder, a copy of your transferring dealer’s FFL must be provided by Fax to Gary Ryther Auctioneers, Inc. 816-580-4205. Guns will shipped be no later than seven (7) days from receipt of FFL documentation. A copy of your FFL license needs to be in our office no later than ten (10) business days from purchase. If documentation does not clear, then gun or guns shall be resold and proceeds from that sale will be refunded minus auctioneers 15% commission and handling expenses. There is a $20.00 per gun Transfer and Handling fee applied.
