Adam Marshall Auctioneers will contact you about your purchase. Cash, Good company or personal check accepted or wire transfer. Must be sent in the mail no later than the day after the auction. Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $40.
If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check.
Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee.

All items need to be removed by August 31st, 2017. We recommend all items be removed the day the of sale. Load out 9-5 PM on 8/25, 8/28, 8/29. No load out over the weekend. Items must be paid for before loading. If items are being hauled, buyer is responsible for logistics and all costs associated.
TERMS: Payment in full day of auction by cash, good check, or wire transfer with $20 fee. Personal or company checks will be accepted. Immediate possession of the property given upon the auctioneer saying "sold" and full possession after complete settlement. The auction company is not responsible for your items if they become damaged or stolen. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee.
Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property.
