Bidding online via Proxibid: 1. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to obtain the Total Purchase price. 2. For Parcel #’s 1, 2 & 3: Upon “strike down” by the Auctioneer on Saturday July 24, 10% of the Total Purchase price (bid plus the 10% Buyer’s Premium) is due from the Purchaser of which the first $10,000.00 will be immediately charged to a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) and the balance of said 10% will be paid no later than 4PM, Wednesday, July 28th, 2021, in Certified or Personal Funds to Brzostek’s Real Estate Auction Co., Inc. 3. For Parcel #4: Upon “strike down” by the Auctioneer Saturday July 24, 10% of the Total Purchase price (bid plus the 10% Buyer’s Premium) is due from the Purchaser and will be immediately charged to a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX). 4. For all parcels, An Additional 10% of the Total Purchase price is due no later than 4PM Friday, July 30th 2021, with Certified or Personal Funds. 5. Brzostek’s Real Estate Auction Co., Inc. will send the Purchase Contract via email or USPS for the Purchasers signature.
