Item Details
Pick up times are firm: Saturday Dec.7th, Dec. 11th and 14th from 10:30AM- 4PM. unless other arrangements or appointments are made; call to schedule 920.787.5549. Anything left after this time you will forfeit and still be required to pay for in full. Some small items will be avaliable for shipping at owners expense. Items being shipped for this auction are charged a minimum of $26 for transportation from auction site to auction house for packaging, additional charges applied. If large items have been purchased and being picked up, WYoder Auction, LLC staff is not responsible for loading. The buyer is solely responsible for bringing help/muscle to assist in loading items purchased. WYoder Auction, LLC presumes shipping if buyer is out-of-state. If buyer in-state WYoder Auction, LLC presumes items are being picked up. If otherwise preferred, respond via email with correct instructions, this
Payment
All payments are due immediately following the auction.
The credit card that you use to register will automatically be charged for the items that you purchase. If you choose to pay by check or money order, once your payment is received all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer (we charge $10 processing fees for wire transfers). We will automatically charge 10% on dollar amounts over $10,000 to the credit card used to register.
If you are the successful bidder on an item and you fail to pay for it, you will still owe 20% to W Yoder Auction, LLC for commission fees. You are authorizing W Yoder Auction, LLC to charge your credit card a minimum of 20% of the gross of your item(s).
Any credit cards that come back as "declined", the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
