You must have a valid credit card to register for this auction. This credit card will be used FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY and WILL NOT BE USED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT FOR DEPOSIT. PAYMENT TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS: (A) If the resort sells in its entirety with the River Run Village Subdivision: A $300,000.00 Earnest Money payment will be required at conclusion of the auction. (B) If the entire resort sells separately Without the River Run Village Lots: The Earnest Money payments will be $200,000.00. (C) If all 15 undeveloped lots in River Run Village Are Sold In It's Entirety: The Earnest Money payment will be $50,000.00. (D) And If The Lots In River Run Village are sold separately: The Earnest Money payments will be $5,000.00 on each lot. All Earnest Money Deposits Must Be In Certified Funds. In all scenarios above, The Balance on all property sold is due in approx. 30 days at closing. Seller will furnish a warranty deed & seller’s title insurance to buyer(s).
