THIS IS A STUNNING PIECE OF ADVERTISING STONEWARE FROM "SHERMAN BROS. ALLEN NEBRASKA". THE JUG MEASURES ABOUT 11 INCHES TALL AND ALMOST 7 INCHES ACROSS THE BOTTOM. WE HAVE SOLD MANY ADVERTISING STONEWARE ITEMS, BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST. THE JUG SHOWS NO DAMAGE THAT WE SEE. THE TOP OPENING IS GOOD AND THE HANDLE LOOKS FINE. THE GLAZE IS EVEN AND SHOWS WELL. THE IMPORTANT MARK OR STAMP WITH THE ADVERTISING IS BOLD AND CLEAN. THE BOTTOM ALSO LOOKS GOOD WITH NO CRACKS OR CHIPS ON THE EDGE. FOR THOSE WHO COLLECT NEBRASKA ADVERTISING STONEWARE OR JUST GREAT EARLY STONE ADVERTISING.........THIS IS A FIND! CLEAN.........EXCELLENT AND SOMEWHAT RARE, A GREAT PIECE.
