Everything must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Payment shall be made by CREDIT CARD or WIRE TRANSFER. Buyer must contact auction company within 24 hours of sale ending to complete all credit card transactions. Call for wiring instructions.
$10 transfer fee added to all guns as needed.
All buyers must possess and present a current Permit to Purchase, Permit to Carry, or a Federal Firearms License. All FFL'S should be faxed to 319-334-4678 with FFL'S phone number. Please follow up with legible FFL sent to Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service 2196 Gentry Avenue, Independence, Iowa 50644 as all faxes are not legible and could delay shipment of guns. Due to the gun control laws, we cannot at this time sell to or ship to international bidders, including Canada.
Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay any and all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify Donnelly Auctioneer and Appraisal Service against any claim if sales tax is not collected on bidder's purchases. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he or she initiate a charge back on his or her credit card.

All persons attending the auction sale or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Donnelly Auction and Appraisal Service from any liability. All property is sold 'AS IS', with no guarantees or warranties and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet, and at the auction, but make no representations. In no event, shall Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value.
All internet bidders agree to pay an internet fee equal to 18% of the hammer price of each item they purchase. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examine it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material or intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold 'AS IS' 'WHERE IS' and they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.
Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service, any of its employees, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The auctioneer shall advance the bidding at his own discretion. Should a tie or a dispute arise between two bidders, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding until the property is sold. The record of the auction made by Donnelly Auctioneering and Appraisal Service shall be conclusive and final. When the auctioneer says 'SOLD' bidder assumes full responsibility for the merchandise.
