Welcome! Bid along with the Auctioneer in real-time on Monday, July 29th at 12 PM ET, and/or place your pre-bids now. Bid with confidence knowing Auctioneer cannot see your high bid. Opening bids are LOW and do not reflect the value of any item. The 2800+ photos are part of the item description. Please view them all PRIOR to bidding on an item.

YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is.

MANY LOTS ARE PICK-UP ONLY. Please know this prior to bidding on that lot. EACH LOT states whether it is PICK UP ONLY, PICK UP IS RECOMMENDED, or SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. Removal is rain or shine at the estate in DRUMS, LUZERNE COUNTY, PA. Removal Dates & Times: Friday, August 2nd from 2 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday, August 3 from 11 AM - 4 PM ONLY. Lots not removed by 4 PM Saturday will be considered abandoned to the Auctioneer. No refunds will be processed.

PICKUP/REMOVAL: Please note this in each lot prior to bidding. Please bring adequate helpers, tools, and supplies like tape or rope to safely remove and transport your winnings, as none will be provided. Your printed invoice and ID is required. Want a 3rd party agent/shipper to come for your pick up-only items? We will be happy to coordinate with them.

SHIPPING: Please note this in each lot prior to bidding. Valid lots will be taken to The UPS Store in Mt. Pocono, PA by the Auctioneer for faraway buyers. The UPS Store will contact winners directly for payment when the package is ready. You are welcome to call for a quote. We have no control over prices charged for these services. Items not claimed from The UPS Store are abandoned to the Auctioneer after 30 days post-sale. No refunds will be processed.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank.

OTHER PAYMENT: Credit card payments may not exceed $3,000. If the balance due exceeds this, the remaining balance or balance in full shall be paid via cash/check/wire transfer. PayPal is accepted. Mailed USPS money order or check (which must clear before item is released) is accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding.
