Tracts 1-7 will be auctioned by the acre with the winning acre bid getting first choice of tract selection. The tract winning bid will be dollar amount times total acreage within that tract. Tract 8 (home) will be auctioned traditionally. There will also be a second round (board) auction for winning bidders to combine or first timers to have a second chance. There is a 10% buy into the second round for winning combos or bidders. 10% Buyer's Premium. $3000 survey fee per tract.
