Both sides are hinged with one side having a deeper compartment for holding match sticks-The other side has 2 shallow compartments for stamps..? It is hand engraved with 2 initials-The edge is stamped Rg. 387671 and C. EB & Co.-The striker is molded into the side. One side does not close all the way-Still, a very unique piece of early Tobacciana!
