1947, Clean Title, 12' bed, Came from Holt Lumber Company, Graham, NC.
Mr. Gates was operating truck 2 weeks ago as he drove down NC 54 about a mile to present location. Since then an issue with wiring and/or distributor cap has arisen and is in need of he feels minor repair.

All of our auctions will extend an additional two minutes each time there is bidding activity within the last two minutes of the auction closing and will continue to extend two minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last two minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults and with no warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
All items may be picked up once Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient packaging, tools and labor. Purchaser is responsible for proper disconnection of all appliances.
Any firearm must be picked up at the estate site or if shipping is required, must be done through local FFL dealer in Siler City, NC. at a charge of $35 per gun plus any shipping fees. All firearms that are shipped will be shipped to another FFL dealer and not to the individual unless they have a Federal Firearms License. **Your state's own gun laws will prevail or take precedence over any from North Carolina if more stringent.
Out of area or out of state buyers: An item will be considered abandoned if the buyer is contacted by Rogers Auctioneer Staff or a message is left and buyer does not respond to us with payment/pickup information within 24 hours. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. If no payment has been made within the 24 hour period the total invoice charges will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
