2. Items are sold "AS-IS" basis without warranty or guarantee. Inspect before you bid/buy! Buyer/Bidder is responsible for inspection and their own due diligence prior to bidding/buying. Ask, inspect, investigate prior to placing a bid.
3. Auction Company is not responsible for missed internet bids, power outages, connection loss, technology issues. Auction Company recommends attending the auction for most successful bidding/buying experience. Live/Onsite bids take precedence over internet bids when conflict arises.
4. Shipping information is available through Auction Company. Vehicles not removed by October 10, 2016 will be moved to a storage facility at the Buyers expense ($100 - $200 at Auction Company discretion) and stored for 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, Buyer will incur storage fees of $20/day.
