Item Details
Several tons of scrap iron piles, includes aluminum, unprepared iron, old tools and hardware. Several small buildings with hardware and parts. *********IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS LOT. This lot includes everything on site EXCEPT individually lotted items being sold on this auction, everything in small single car locked garage, everything in farm house, all installed fencing and uninstalled fencing group including barbed wire and fence posts north of the buildings. This lot also DOES NOT INCLUDE all installed wiring, electrical boxes and overhead wire.************ The buyer of this lot will not be required to take any wood, plastic or tires but can remove tires with rims. No loading assistance will be available for this lot. Buyer to provide all loading equipment, labor and snow plowing required to remove from the premises. Sellers would like this lot removed by December 15, 2018. However, an extension will be made for heavy snow and inclement weather. If you bid on this lot, please be prepared by having the right equipment and labor force to be able to remove the iron in a timely manner. This lot must be paid for in full by Noon Wednesday October 24, 2018. No exceptions.
Payment
Payment is required within 24 hours of conclusion of auction and can be made at the time of scheduled pick up. Checks must be made payable to Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers. 15% buyers premium applies to payments by cash, check or wire transfer, 19% buyers premium applies to all purchases by credit card. A 20.00 fee applies to wire transfers. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid. Adjustments in sales tax (if applicable) may be made at the time of payment. Additional excise tax and transfer fees apply to lots requiring registration.

If sending a Freight Company or third party to pick up your purchases, a bill of lading MUST be emailed to sold@faheysales.com or MUST accompany the driver at the time of pick up. Fahey Sales Agency MUST NOT be listed as the shipper. The BOL must also mention the purchaser as well as the items they are authorized to pick up. Items will not be loaded and BOL will not be signed if our company is listed as the shipper. NO EXCEPTIONS.
