Lots will begin to soft close on Thursday, July 17 at 10AM EST (lots will close at the rate of 2 lots per minute with additional time extension when bids are made in the last 60 seconds of lot closing) and at times may not close in sequential order. IMPORTANT INFO: > 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots. > Inspection is available on Wednesday, July 16 by appointment.
