If you have specific shipping requests, please contact us as soon as you receive this invoice. WE DO NOT SHIP LARGE, ESPECIALLY HEAVY OR FURNITURE-SIZED ITEMS. These type items must be picked up by the buyer or their agent within 7 days of invoice.

Bidding in this auction is a binding contract to pay for all purchases and fees incurred.
All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Unless other arrangements are made within 1 day of the auction, the creidt card used during auction registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and any other applicable fees. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on Proxibid. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly, chargeback's will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Proxibid. No exceptions.
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Mockingbird Premier may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Mockingbird Premier be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Mockingbird Premier will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Be aware that any display items - Jewelry necks or trays, baskets, boxes, etc. are used for display only and are the property of Mockingbird Premier. If a display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description.
If buyer wishes to pick up an item from Mockingbird Premier, arrangements must be made within 1 day of the auction. Otherwise, the items will be deliverd to our packer/shipper. Local pickup must be within 7 days. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and Mockingbird Premier has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees.
Bidding Increments - Mockingbird Premier uses standard bidding increments. Bids not conforming to these increments will effectively be rounded down to the lower qualifying amount. For example, a bid of $140 would be treated as a bid of $125. These increments are:

Mockingbird Premier sets the opening bids for every lot. If no bids are received for that amount, the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in another auction.
