AS - IS WHERE IS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each item is sold "as is", unless guaranteed by seller. United Country - Mid West eServices, Inc. (referred to herein as the Auction Company) assumes no liability for owner's guarantee. Some lots are subject to rights of redemption up to one hour prior to auction start time. Auction Company will work diligently to keep the site current, however, are not responsible for any items that are removed. Announcements day of auction take precedence over any written material.
A 15% buyers premium will be charged to all purchases. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.
Any checks in the amount of $5,000 or greater must be accompanied by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit not more than 15 days old from the bank on which the check is drawn on.
Removal of purchases: All items must be removed within 48 hours of the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with the Auction Company. Any item not removed will be charged $20.00 per lot/item per day storage fee and after 14 days will be resold to cover storage and removal fees with no credit given to the buyer.
Pick up times: Friday 9am-4pm, Saturday 8:30-11:30am, Monday 9am-4pm
No removal of merchandise will be allowed without the paid receipt issued by the Auction Company, no exceptions will be made. Upon payment the auction company will issue a receipt to be presented at the load out location.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller.
Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at time the Auctioneer says "Sold". Buyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer. If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction please do not bid.
Title passes when purchaser's funds clear thru banks. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from premises.

The Auction begins at 4:00 pm CST and lots sell in numeric order EXCEPT for alpha-numeric lots which begin selling at 6:30pm CST (these include items such as vehicles, trailers, campers, mowers, etc). The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
