Payment

Wisconsin residents will pay a 5.6% sales tax. If using a resale certificate, buyer MUST contact Betthausers' Auction Service at least 24 hours prior to to start of the auction. We will need a copy of that certificate faxed or emailed to us prior to the auction date in order to honor the certificate on the day of the auction. There will be a $2,500 non refundable deposit required by Cashier's check within 3 business days after the end of the sale. The seller will retain the right to use this property until 10/31/11, and will pay the lot rental through that date, keep insurance on it and pay all utilities due through that date. On 10/31/11 the final payment will be due in certified funds, and the new owner will take possession of the home and all responsibility for it.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Betthausers’ Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Betthausers’ Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
