Upon receiving your invoice, you have 5 working days to furnish us with an FFL Dealer. Background checks will be run on all firearm(s) buyers per legal requirements. Buyer is solely responsible for any fees related to the background checks. If buyer does not pass the background check, ABSOLUTELY NO Refunds will be made for the fees or the purchsed item(s). It is the bidders responsibility to know if they are able to pass a background check prior to bidding on any firearm(s).
