Support Structures sold in this manner does not include any thing in any way that supports the building . All Mulch, Lumber, etc. will be up to the buyer to promptly remove these items within 30 days as well. Payment at todays auction sale we accept cash, cashier check, approved business or personal check with proper ID, made payable to Watts Auction Escrow Credit Cards will be accepted with an additional 4% buyers premium. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all equipment and tools, etc. Taxes do apply unless, you have an exempt number. If you do not have this number you will pay taxes today. We will be selling according to sale order today, we have proxibid that will be working with us on the phone for live internet bidding.
