A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases; a 3% administractive fee will apply to all credit card purchases. For vehicular sales, there is a 3% vehicle tax for Alabama residents. A $30 title fee will applied for all titled vehicles. On-Line Bidding Terms:
-A 7% Buyers Premium will apply
-A seperate and additional 2.5% Internet Buyer’s Premium will be added to the total online purchase, with a cap of $750.00 for the INTERNET purchase only! The 5% buyers premium will still apply.
-For all titled vehicles, there will be a $30 title work fee added to the final invoice. For Alabama residents, there will be an additional 3% charge.
-A bank wire transfer fee of $15.00 will be added to all bank wired funds.
-Compass Auctions & Real Estate has strived to accurately prepare and describe all items in this catalog. All items are sold “AS IS” or “WHERE IS”. -All announcements made day of auction will take precedence over any and all written, verbal, or electronic statements

-Internet Bidders are required to register with PROXIBID and receive an Auction Registration Number. Compass Auctions & Real Estate is providing Internet Pre-Auction and Live Bidding as a service. We will not be held responsible for any issues with Pre-Auction or Live Bidding over the internet.
