Neither McLaren Auction Services nor the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. Items purchased onsite must be paid for at the end of the auction. Absentee bids and internet bids not being shipped must be picked up within 10 days or will be considered abandoned. Any returned checks or declined credit cards carry a fee of $25.00 and reporting of bidder as a "non-paying bidder" to Proxibid.
