Property Liability: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to remove merchandise purchased without damage to property. Any damage will be corrected to the satisfaction of the Property Owner/s by the Buyer. Buyer and anyone associated to, HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, and COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the said Property Owner/s, FROM ALL LIABILITY, FOR ANY AND ALL INJURY, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, COST they may incur, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY/ DEATH TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
