All announcements made on sale day supersede any printed material. Bidding is open to anyone who has a buyer registration number and each item is sold to the highest bidder unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. The auctioneer will announce the item is "sold," the "price," and the successful "buyer/bidder number." Any disputes with the bid must be brought to the auctioneers' attention at this time. All sales are final. The buyer is responsible for the item purchased from the time the auctioneer calls it sold. Once an item is sold to you, you are legally obligated to pay for the purchase. Regular consignments will have a 10% commission or $10 minimum per tag on any item that is sold. Guns and large items will have a 15% commission or $15 minimun per tag. There is a $15 no sales fee for all guns and $25.00 no sales fee for large items. Vehicles and tractors carry a $50 no sales fee. There is a $50 title fee to the buyer for all titled vehicles purchased. All sales are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable. Every item is sold "As Is, Where Is," without warranty or guarantee of any kind; expressed or implied.
