Bidders are given ample time to preview items, but in the event that they cannot preview, they acknowledge by bidding that they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. We DO NOT Offer Delivery Or Shipping. * All items MUST be removed no later then November 8th, 2012 * Any item left after such date, shall be forfeited, and the buyer shall not be entitled to any refunds. * There is NO Machinery or Forklift on site, buyer has to make their own arrangements. * Facility's will be open Thursday & Friday Oct 26th, 2012 from 9am to 4pm ; pick up. All other times must be by appointment only. * Buyer is responsible for professionally disconnecting power from units bought. * Buyer responsible for any damage to building as a result of their actions or the actions of their agents. *Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs.
