Any lot that is sold to the highest bidder, and not picked up will be considered to have been abandon and may be resold, disposed of, or donated to charity at Carolina Assets and Carolina Restaurant Auctions LLC sole descretion with no refund to the purchaser. North Carolina sales tax of 7.00% will be collected on the total amount of the winning bidders invoice.
