Contains fold-out General Map / Showing the Countries Explored & Surveyed / by the / United States & Mexican / Boundary Commission / in the Years 1850, 51, 52, & 53. / Under the director of / John R. Bartlett. / U.S. Commissioner. Closed tear in leather at bottom of spine; some foxing; o/w in VG condition. [BK-16]

The credit card on file will be charged for the full amount if bidder has not paid by the sixth day following the auction. If your card cannot be process we will notify you. All purchases must be paid for before they can be removed from premises.

Paige Auction GUARANTEES ALL LOTS TO BE AUTHENTIC and makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered at our sales, however all items for sale are “as is,” and it is the bidders responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Since all sales are final please verify our descriptions and carefully view the property at a preview before you bid. All items will be available for preview three (3) Days prior to the auction. If you would like additional photo please call Paige Auction. Paige Auction will not be held responsible for typographical errors.

Reserves:
Lots in the catalog may be subject to a moderate reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). Items with a reserve will be marked with an asterisk (*). All lots will have a minimum opening bid
Rights & Responsibilities:
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Paige Auction and its representatives reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews or the auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. Lots may not be transferred to another buyer.
