The successful bidder is responsible for their lot from the time the auctioneer calls the item sold. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller assumes any responsibility for any injuries suffered while inspecting, buying or removing equipment. Jurisdiction and venue regarding any legal dispute arising here from shall be held in Maury County, Tennessee. Invoices shall be paid within 10 days of auction. 13% buyer's premium shall apply. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL FUNDS ARE FULLY CLEARED.
