TERMS FOR PURCHASING FIREARMS: All firearm sales are subject to Federal, State and Local regulations. 1) All sales will require a completed ATF Form 4473, unless you have a FFL. 2) All sales will require a NCIS background check, unless you are a GA resident with a GA Weapons Carry License or an FFL. 3) Residents of AL, TN, SC, FL and NC may take a long gun purchased with them. 4) Handgun purchases by non-GA residents must be shipped or delivered to an FFL in your state. 5) KNOW your state laws before you bid. All sales are final. 6) All bidders should know if they can pass a background check. If you purchase a firearm and fail the background check, you will pay for the firearm(s); the firearm(s) will physically remain with Daniel Auction Co. and be sold in our next Firearms Auction. There will be no refunds. You, as the seller, will receive payment from that auction. SPECIAL TERMS: All items are sold as is, where is, no refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
