1. Any Bidders with Credit Cards that are declined will be charged a $25 processing fee to run another Credit Card, NO EXCEPTIONS! 2. No item may be removed from the Pickup Site until the full bid price, taxes and Buyer's Premium are paid. PAID IN FULL receipt and ID must be presented for pick-up before being released to the Buyer. Buyers must bring packaging materials (if needed), dollies and personal to load items. No Exceptions! If these items are not removed during the specified pickup time, items will automatically be forfeited with-out refund or credit. 3. Please be sure to review and read all terms fully before bidding. All descriptions are merely a guide. Pedersen and Pedersen Auctions Inc. with their best effort will describe, provide pictures and any pertinent information, for each Lot. The Bidder understands that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his/her own opinion and shall be the sole judge of value. By placing bids in this auction, Bidder, Agrees that it is his/ her responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Pedersen and Pedersen Auctions Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. 4. Everything will be sold 'AS IS,' 'WHERE IS,' 'AS AVAILABLE,' 'WITH FAULTS,' with no representations, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND BUYERS WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO INITIATE A CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK AGAINST THE TRANSACTION AND/OR THE SELLER 5. Property Liability: it is the Buyer’s responsibility to remove merchandise purchased without damage to property. Any damage will be corrected to the satisfaction of the Property Owner/s by the Buyer. Buyer and anyone associated to, HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, and COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the said Property Owner/s, FROM ALL LIABILITY, FOR ANY AND ALL INJURY, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, COST they may incur, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY/ DEATH TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
