1. Any Bidders with Credit Cards that are declined will be charged a $25 processing fee to run another Credit Card, NO EXCEPTIONS! 2. No item may be removed from the Pickup Site until the full bid price, taxes and Buyer's Premium are paid. PAID IN FULL receipt and ID must be presented for pick-up before being released to the Buyer. Buyers must bring packaging materials (if needed), dollies and personal to load items. No Exceptions! If these items are not removed during the specified pickup time, items will automatically be forfeited with-out refund or credit. 3. Please be sure to review and read all terms fully before bidding. Property Liability: it is the Buyer’s responsibility to remove merchandise purchased without damage to property. Any damage will be corrected to the satisfaction of the Property Owner/s by the Buyer.
