DESIGN: Semi-automatic with detachable magazine. 5" barrel.
MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Parkerized steel. Checkered wood grip panels.
FEATURES: Blade front sight. Rear U-notch sight. Lanyard ring at bottom of frame. "ITHACA GUN CO., INC./ITHACA, N.Y." stamped on left side of slide. Right side of frame stamped "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" over the serial number. Forward of this is stamped, "M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY". "P" is stamped on top of slide at rear and below magazine release. "FJA" inspector's mark below slide stop on left side. With one magazine, labeled reproduction box and brown wrap.
CONDITION: Very Good. Approximately 75% of the finish remains on metal components. Wear at the edges with light scratching on slide and frame. Modest wear to grip panels.

Invoices will be sent at close of auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales.
Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. There will be a 3% discount for payment with cash, checks, debit card and money orders. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Cordier Auctions provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is: Long guns: $50 for first long gun; $25 for each additional long gun won. Handguns: $65 for first handgun; $35 for each additional handgun won. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers. NOTE: Items to be picked up or shipped within one week of the auction date, after which storage fees in the amount of $5 per item per day will apply.

All items are sold subject to applicable Federal and State Regulations. All modern guns must be registered. Gun registration is handled by Cordier Auctions & Appraisals. Modern handgun purchasers must be Pennsylvania residents at least 21 years of age and must have a government issued photo id (driver’s license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive UPS shipments of handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations.
