There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purposes. REMOVAL: No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyer's premium and taxes (if applicable) are paid. Central Mass Auctions will be providing no shipping for this sale! Buyers are responsible for all item removal after the sale. Item pickup will be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, April 6, 2013 unless special arrangements in writing are made with the auctioneer. Winning bidders must be prepared to package, load and transport their own items or make shipping arrangements with a shipper at their own expense. If items are not removed during the specified pickup time, items will automatically be forfeited with-out refund or credit as the contents need to be cleared for the sale of the home!
