There is a 15% Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount for Cash or Check which will be applied to each item purchased. There will be local sales tax applied to all non-dealer Georgia residents and not-Georgia resident purchasers who pick up items in person. Everything must be removed by Saturday, May 4 at 3 PM. Payment must be made to Professional Auctioneers, Inc., either in person at our office located at 1740 W. Gordon Street, Valdosta, Ga 31601 or by wire transfer, credit card or approved check. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, cashier’s check, good personal or company check, money order and wire transfer. For Wire Transfer instructions please email Info@professionalauctioneer.com. All wire transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All personal or company checks are subject to the approval of Professional Auctioneers, Inc. UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL, THE PURCHASER WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE MARKED PAID WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED TO CHECK-OUT PERSONNEL AT TIME OF PICK UP. Unless you pay for your purchases by cash, certified funds or wire transfer, Professional Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to retain possession of any individual item that sold for more than $500.00 until receipt of notice from our bank that the method of payment used has cleared the banking system and the funds have been deposited into our Personal Property Escrow Account. Your Credit Card will be charged at 5:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2013 unless you contact the auction company regarding other forms of payment. You may pay for your items by check or cash (must be exact amount, cannot make change at pickup) when you pick them up during the pickup times. If items are not picked up within 2 days after auction your credit card on file will be automatically charged for your purchase. Items NOT picked up within the times specified without prior alternate arrangements will be considered forfeited and can be resold.
