Terms and Conditions:
All bidders including online will be required to register and sign terms/conditions before bidding on the auction. The successful high bidder upon completion of the Real Estate Auction must complete and sign a purchase agreement and render a $5000.00 earnest money deposit in the form of a cashier check, certified funds or a personal check payable to the Real Estate Broker. Out of area personal checks must be with the approval of the Real Estate Auction Company. Money transfers may also be available with prior acknowledgement to the Real Estate Auction Company. Balance due upon closing in approx 30 days on or before. An 8% Buyer’s Premium applies which will be added to the final price to become the purchase price. Sale is non-contingent; failure to close will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. Buyer must secure necessary financing approval prior to the auction.
