Payment is due in full on auction day. All buyers MUST have a letter of guaranteed funds provided to the auction company or to Proxibid at the time of registration. All items purchased through Proxibid must be paid for by wire transfer. Total buyer's premium when purchasing through Proxibid is 13%. Credit card is used for verification into the auction only. It is not an accepted form of payment. All items are being sold AS-IS with no warranties of any kind. All bidders are encouraged to make a physical inspection of any item that they wish to bid on. All descriptions, make, model, year, serial number, VIN numbers are subject to bidder verification and are used as a guide, but are NOT guaranteed.
