All property is open to thorough public inspection/preview. Inspection/preview will be by appointment only or day of auction/sale starting at 9:00am It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals attempt to descride the merchandise to its best ability in advertising, Internet and at the auction, but makes no representations to its genuineness, current value or its use. The X Factor Auctions & Appraisals shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentaion of the item itself.
