In order to participate in the Auction, the buyer must register with a $10,000 cashier’s check payable to THE CLOSING COMPANY TITLE AND ESCROW, present identification and use the provided bid card to bid. The Auctioneer will be using the Florida FAR/BAR Residential Real Estate Contract and addendums, available in our web site for review. If buyer is the highest bidder, he/she must sign the purchase contract before the end of the auction, and if there is a reserve announced, buyer’s bid shall for two business days constitute an irrevocable offer to purchase as per contract. Seller expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at the auction. Seller shall countersign and accept or reject the contract within one business day thereafter.
