REGISTRATION:

WINNIGN BIDDERS:
All winning bidder(s) are required to sign and return the "BID ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM" (provided to bidders once their registered) and deposit 20% of the Total Purchase Price to be held in escrow within 48 hours of the auction ending. Closing to be completed within 30 days of the end of auction. The mineral leases in this auction are being offered subject to Seller Confirmation.
BIDDING AMOUNT:
All bids in the online auction event are submitted on a ($/per acre) basis and the Total Purchase Price for each lot will be calculated based on the amount of acres published in each individual lot times (x) the amount of the high bid (plus a 10% buyers premium) for each said lot. see example below in "buyer's premium".
BUYERS PREMIUM and PURCHASE PRICE:
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price.
example: (winning high bid is $100 per acre x 10% = $110 per acre winning bid). The winning bid will then be multiplied by the amount of acres published in the subject lot. (example: $110 per acre winning bid x 500 acres = $55,000 total purchase price).
LEASE DOCUMENTS:
The lease documents have been approved by the sellers in this auction and will be the required leasing instrument to complete the lease process. Any subsequent leases or agreements which need to be negotiated between the winning bidder and the mineral owner are not included in this auction. All other agreements will be the sole responsibility of the mineral owner and the lessor. A copy of the lease document will be given to each registered bidder when they complete the registration process for bidding online. It shall be the Buyer’s sole responsibility to perform their own research, due diligence and examination of all records on properties prior to placing a bid on any of the minerals which are being offered for lease. Any updates and announcements made prior to the end of the timed online auction will take precedence.
