Buyer will bear all costs to remove and load all purchases. BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD YOUR PURCHASE. Buyer must remove entire lot purchased. All items will be available for removal : Monday May 21, 2012 10 am to 6 pm and Tuesday May 22, 2010 12 noon till 6 pm. All lot must be removed by: May 22,2012. Anyone removing non-hand carriable lots must provide Ziegler Auction Company with a certificate of insurance (COI) before purchased items can be removed. Such COI must contain certificate of insurance requirements.
Certificate of Insurance Requirements for non carriable lots. (THIS AUCTION ALL LOTS ARE CARRIABLE.)
Anyone removing non-hand carriable item(s) or needs to use a cutting tool must provide Ziegler Auction Company LTD. with a certificate of insurance (COI) before purchased item(s) can be removed or dismantled. Such COI must contain the criteria provided below:
?P COI must be for person or entity that will be on the premises performing the removal or disassembly.
?P The minimum General Liability insurance requirement is $2,000,000 per occurrence.
?P Industrial Recovery Service, Inc and seller and landlord must be named as
additional ??insureds and beneficiaries??.
?P A separate COI must be supplied for each individual Auction location with
location??s address.
?P COI is to appear on a standard ??Accord?? format and is to be faxed to
Ziegler Auction Company LTD. directly from your insurance company.
