Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Johnny King Auctioneers, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. An additional 3% will apply for payments made via credit card. We will bill your credit card used upon registration after the auction unless you have notified us that you will be sending the funds via wire transfer.
